Responsibilities
- Provide overall technical and operational leadership for the MCGL Nutrition Project.
- Develop annual workplans, budgets, activity schedules, and implementation frameworks.
- Coordinate project activities across supported LGAs ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Oversee team management, supervision, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Lead stakeholder engagement with SPHDA, LGA health departments, community structures, and NGOs.
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure quality assurance and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with donor and organizational policies, including safeguarding.
- Oversee preparation and timely submission of donor reports and documentation.
- Represent WOCHAD in high-level technical working groups and state review meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Nutrition, Social Sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing donor-funded health, nutrition, FP, TB, or HIV/OVC projects.
- Proven leadership, budgeting, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Strong communication, analytical writing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience overseeing multi-LGA programming is an added advantage.
