About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the entire project implementation from beginning to end.

The Project Coordinator will supervise the child protection, WASH, nutrition, food security, and livelihood components of the project. You will oversee day-to-day operations, provide direct supervision to field teams, and ensure seamless collaboration among all team members. Monthly report consolidation will be a key responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise project implementation to ensure timely delivery of project activities and monitor performance against individual work plans
• Develop monthly and quarterly plans with costed budgets, contributing to the overall thematic program plan
• Submit detailed weekly and monthly activity reports to the Program Manager
• Maintain and consistently update referral pathways for project locations
• Work with the MEAL Officer to establish accountability activities for the project, ensuring feedback from children and families is incorporated
• Develop comprehensive work plans and track project progress
• Compile reports and respond proactively to challenges during implementation
• Foster partnerships with relevant stakeholders, including local authorities, community leaders, and partner organizations
• Ensure effective communication and engagement with all stakeholders
• Support timely delivery of services and promote sustainability and impact in communities served
