Job Scope
The Project Business Development Executive will play a critical role in sourcing, developing, and securing project contracts in the oil and gas sector. This includes opportunities in pipelines, EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction), maintenance services, and other related projects. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, and the ability to close deals that align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Director of Business Development and Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue project-based business opportunities in oil & gas, including EPC contracts, pipeline projects, and maintenance services.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, project pipelines, and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in oil & gas companies, EPC contractors, and government agencies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, bids, and presentations for project contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client project requirements.
- Negotiate terms and conditions for project contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Track and manage project leads through the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to generate leads and promote FESL’s capabilities.
- Provide regular reports on project opportunities, market trends, and business development activities.
- Support promotional campaigns and client engagement initiatives to strengthen brand visibility.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Business Development Lead to achieve team objectives.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Proven ability to identify and close project-based sales opportunities.
- Good understanding of oil & gas industry dynamics, EPC processes, and project lifecycles.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with strong networking capabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably within banking, financial services, or oil & gas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
