Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of projects from schematic design through construction administration
• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Produce and oversee detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and presentations
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry best practices
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively
• Conduct site visits, review progress, and resolve technical or design issues during construction
• Supervise and mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of design excellence
• Prepare and lead presentations for internal and client meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• Licensed architect (or in the process, depending on jurisdiction)
• Minimum of 8 years of architectural experience, with proven project leadership
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and site coordination
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Strong portfolio showcasing completed, built work across relevant project types
