About the Role

We are seeking a talented Project Architect who excels in a remote environment and is passionate about turning client visions into built reality. This remote-first role is designed for a self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to manage projects autonomously.

As a Project Architect, you will be a central figure in our project delivery team. You will leverage your technical expertise and client-facing skills to guide projects and ensure our designs are executed with precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of comprehensive architectural drawings and documentation remotely, utilizing cloud-based collaboration tools (e.g., BIM 360, Revit Cloud Worksharing)
• Partner with clients virtually to determine project requirements and develop proposals, with strong virtual presentation skills
• Prepare work contracts and manage project timelines remotely
• Visit building worksites on an as-needed basis to ensure work aligns with architectural plans

Required Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
• 5+ years of proven experience working as an Architect
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
• Proven experience working autonomously in a remote or hybrid setting
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for a fully remote environment
• High proficiency with collaboration software (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, Bluebeam)
