Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for design, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail. This role requires expertise in architectural principles, project management, and strong communication skills to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design projects from concept through completion
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timeline adherence
• Prepare detailed design documentation with precision and accuracy
• Collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
• Identify and resolve design and construction-related issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• 5+ years of post-NYSC experience in architectural design and project management in a reputable design firm
• Licensed architect with valid professional registration (preferred)
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, innovation, and technical expertise
• Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Experience working with a renowned civil engineering firm in Nigeria or international civil engineering firm

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Fluency in Yoruba language is highly recommended

Location Requirements

Candidates must be resident in Ode-Remo, Ogun State or be willing to relocate to Ode-Remo or neighboring towns to ensure daily commuting to project sites.
