Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating facility maintenance and minor renovation projects
- Support property and asset management activities across hospital locations
- Monitor vendors, contractors, and service providers for assigned tasks
- Maintain records of projects, repairs, and asset inventories
- Support space planning, safety compliance, and general facility operations
- Prepare basic reports on project progress and property-related activities
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the Facility/Project Manager
Requirements:
- Current NYSC Corps Member
- Degree in Project Management, Estate Management, Building Technology, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of facility or property management is an advantage
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
