About the Role

As our Program & Partnerships Coordinator, you will be the engine of our early-stage impact. You won't just be planning—you'll be doing. This is your chance to be at the heart of the action in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of our inaugural scholarship program, from creating the application process to selecting and supporting 15 deserving students
• Identify, connect with, and build strong relationships with universities and vocational schools, negotiating valuable tuition discounts for all members
• Work directly with the Director of Operations to lay the groundwork for all future community programs, establishing the gold standard for how we serve our members

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly capable and mission-driven individual with the following qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in program management, project coordination, or a similar role
• Meticulous, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities flawlessly
• Excellent communication skills and ability to confidently represent the organization and build rapport with external partners
• Strong negotiation skills to work effectively with educational institutions and external stakeholders
• Self-starter mentality who thrives in a lean environment and can independently manage projects from conception to completion
• Deep commitment to creating opportunities for others and belief in the power of education and community support
