About the Role
As our Programs & Partnerships Coordinator, you will be the engine of our early-stage impact. You won't just be planning—you'll be doing. This is your chance to be at the heart of the action in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of our inaugural scholarship program, from creating the application process to selecting and supporting 15 deserving students
- Identify, connect with, and build strong relationships with universities and vocational schools, negotiating valuable tuition discounts for members
- Work directly with the Director of Operations to lay the groundwork for all future community programs, establishing the gold standard for how we serve our members
- Manage multiple projects from conception to completion independently
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in program management, project coordination, or a similar role
- Meticulous, detail-oriented approach with ability to manage multiple priorities flawlessly
- Excellent communication skills with ability to confidently represent the organization, build rapport, and negotiate effectively with external partners
- Self-starter mentality who thrives in a lean, fast-paced environment
- Deep commitment to creating opportunities for others and belief in the power of education and community support
