Position Overview

This is a 3-month internship opportunity to support program delivery, events, partnerships, and communications efforts. The successful candidate may be confirmed as a Programs/Communications Officer based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing ETL Academy programs
• Support the development of grant proposals and partner engagement to increase program impact
• Contribute to implementing communication strategies across social media channels
• Support partnership development, sponsor outreach, and email engagement efforts
• Assist in preparing performance and impact reports, including insights and analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Project Management, Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 0-1 year of professional experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Interest in social impact, education, and digital communications
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools (advantageous)

Compensation

N50,000 per month
