## Title: Programme Officer - Partnership & Local Rights Programme

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Programme Officer to support the planning, coordination, and management of the Partnership & Local Rights Programme (P&LRP) implementation.

Contract Details

Duration: 24 months (2 years) with 3 months initial probationary period. Renewable annually.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and management of P&LRP implementation
  • Provide program operations and management support for both sponsorship and programme components
  • Ensure programme implementation in accordance with the design, strategic focus, and priorities established by ActionAid Nigeria
  • Mainstream HRBA, R-A, PRRP, and other designed tools or approaches throughout the programme
  • Ensure effective, efficient, and quality delivery of all programme activities
  • Manage project operations, administration, finances, and logistics
  • Liaise directly with project staff, volunteers, stakeholders, partners, and other organizational staff involved in the programme
  • Work with programme contacts and consultants to develop and monitor project scopes of work, budgets, and timelines
  • Prepare, coordinate, and submit qualitative activity reports, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
  • Monitor work plans, budgets, and associated outcomes, deliverables, and results/outputs
  • Work closely with programme and finance teams and community volunteers to ensure quality output delivery
  • Coordinate data collection for evidence-based advocacy and impact measurement
  • Ensure compliance with grant conditions
  • Ensure follow-up activities are completed
  • Collect data for partner and internal use
  • Support development of annual plans and budgets for programme implementation at the LRP level
  • Lead the design and implementation of activities related to Women's Rights, Youth, Education, and Natural Resources at LRP level
  • Support the development and activities of community-based networks
