Programme Manager

What You'll Do: - Provide programme management support for the IMPALA Trial - Coordinate project plans, timelines, and deliverables - Track progress, risks, and issues, and support mitigation actions - Support budget monitoring and reporting - Liaise with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders - Ensure compliance with trial protocols and reporting requirements - Prepare reports and documentation for management and funders - Support meetings and programme reviews What We're Looking For. - Master's degree in Public Health (MPH), Business Administration (MBA), or related field - At least 2 years' experience in programme or project management - Experience in the health sector, research, or social sciences (preferred) - Strong organisational and time-management skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
