## Title: Program Manager & Social Media Lead

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. The Program Manager & Social Media Lead will play a dual role in managing strategic programs and leading digital engagement. This individual must be highly organized, creative, and comfortable working in dynamic, high-stakes environments — particularly during health crises where timely communication and coordination are critical.

Required Qualifications and Competencies

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Communications, Project Management, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in program management or health communications
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube)
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, and CapCut or similar tools
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Comfortable working in fast-paced settings and responding quickly during emergencies
Past track record of successful grant writing and fundraising
Experience with CRM platforms (a plus)
Knowledge of board governance (a plus)

Internal: Executive Team, Program Associates, Volunteers, Board of Trustees

External: Government agencies, donors, clinicians, media, community partners

Key Responsibilities

Program Oversight

Serve as liaison to the board and board secretary
Plan and implement programs in line with strategic objectives
Coordinate training sessions, research dissemination, stakeholder meetings, and advocacy campaigns
Track program budgets and assist in financial monitoring

Fundraising and Development

Drive fundraising campaigns to meet annual donation targets
Draft donor reports, concept notes, and impact summaries
Support grant writing and partnership development

Volunteer and Community Engagement

Organize and manage the volunteer program
