Program Manager – HENs Talk

It creates a safe and powerful space for conversations around health, empowerment, leadership, youth development, and nation-building, especially for young people and underserved communities. Program Focus: - Curating speakers, organizing talks, managing themes, coordinating panels, and expanding community reach and impact. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a 12-month program plan for the assigned initiative - Coordinate volunteers, partners, speakers, facilitators, and beneficiaries - Manage timelines, activities, and program documentation - Track impact metrics and submit monthly progress reports - Collaborate with other Program Managers to strengthen cross-program synergy - Represent the initiative in meetings, reviews, and public-facing activities Who Should Apply We are looking for volunteers who: - Have experience in program management, project coordination, NGO work, or leadership - Can commit time, energy, and accountability for 12 months - Communicate clearly and work well with diverse teams - Are passionate about service, youth empowerment, and nation-building - Can lead independently while aligning with organizational goals
