Program Manager – HENs Day (Monthly Impact Initiative)

Each month focuses on targeted impact such as community service, advocacy, awareness, or capacity-building. Program Focus: - planning, coordination of volunteers, execution of activities, documentation, and impact reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a 12-month program plan for the assigned initiative - Coordinate volunteers, partners, speakers, facilitators, and beneficiaries - Manage timelines, activities, and program documentation - Track impact metrics and submit monthly progress reports - Collaborate with other Program Managers to strengthen cross-program synergy - Represent the initiative in meetings, reviews, and public-facing activities Who Should Apply We are looking for volunteers who: - Have experience in program management, project coordination, NGO work, or leadership - Can commit time, energy, and accountability for 12 months - Communicate clearly and work well with diverse teams - Are passionate about service, youth empowerment, and nation-building - Can lead independently while aligning with organizational goals
