## Title: Program Coordinator
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Program Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for the coordination and support of our master's programs, ensuring smooth operations across academic and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate at least 2 master's programs
- Support students and respond to student queries and requests
- Upload lecture materials and assessments on the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) for the programs
- Set up classrooms for faculty and provide logistical support during lecture sessions
- Prepare and send transcripts of records, results, and Master's Degree Certificates to students
- Host and monitor online and on-campus classes during weekdays and weekends
Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in any relevant discipline
- 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working on weekends (essential)
- Residence on Lagos Mainland (preferably around Ikeja, Agege, or Ogba)
