About the Position

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking qualified talent for a Professor position in Science Education at Federal University Oye-Ekiti, based in Lagos, Nigeria.

Qualifications Required

Ph.D. Degree or equivalent in the area of specialization
Minimum of nine (9) years of teaching experience at university level
Minimum of five (5) points from postgraduate students supervised
Considerable research background with minimum of seventy-five (75) points from admissible publications
Minimum of fifteen (15) publications
Five (5) papers indexed in Scopus
Minimum of thirty (30) citations on Google Scholar
Five (5) points in Academic Leadership/Administrative Responsibilities
Three (3) points in Community Service
Forty-five (45) points in Job Appraisal
Two (2) Favourable External Assessments
Current membership in relevant professional body/bodies

Additional Information

Note: Academic Librarians shall participate in postgraduate teaching and supervision in the Department of Library Science.
