About This Position

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for a Professor position in Plant Science and Biotechnology.

Requirements

• Ph.D. Degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum of twelve (12) years of continuous university teaching and research experience
• Strong record of distinguished scholarship, evidenced by:
  • At least thirty (30) peer-reviewed publications in reputable journals, of which thirteen (13) must be from foreign, indexed journals
  • Sustained postgraduate supervision to completion
  • Significant external research funding or leadership of major projects
  • Substantial administrative and/or academic leadership experience
• Registration with relevant professional bodies (where applicable)
