About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking talented academics to join the Department of Medical Microbiology at the Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo.

Qualifications

Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

• Professor rank with a minimum of twenty (20) publications, of which at least five (5) must be international publications and fifteen (15) must be peer-reviewed journal articles, OR
• Reader rank with a Ph.D. degree or equivalent in a relevant field, with evidence of outstanding and continuing achievement in teaching and research experience at a University level

Required Experience

• Demonstrated supervision experience to completion of at least one (1) Ph.D. student or three (3) Master's students
• MBBS Degree
• Final fellowship qualification from the National Postgraduate Medical College Nigeria or equivalent

Professional Requirements

• Registration with the relevant professional body is mandatory
