Position Overview

Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo is recruiting a Professor in the Department of Dermatology.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

• Professor rank with a minimum of twenty (20) publications, of which at least five (5) must be in offshore journals and fifteen (15) should be journal articles; OR
• Reader with a Ph.D. degree or equivalent in a relevant field, with evidence of outstanding and continuing achievement and teaching experience in a university setting

Academic and Professional Requirements

• Evidence of supervision to completion of at least one (1) Ph.D. or three (3) Master's degree students
• MBBS Degree
• Final fellowship of the National Postgraduate Medical College Nigeria or equivalent qualification
• Current registration with the relevant professional body (mandatory)
