About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join as a Professor in Bioinformatics & Data Science at the Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

• Professor rank with a minimum of twenty (20) publications, of which at least five (5) must be international publications and fifteen (15) must be journal articles; OR
• Reader with a Ph.D. degree or its equivalent in a relevant field, with evidence of outstanding and continuing achievement and/or teaching experience in a university setting

Additional Requirements

• Evidence of supervision to completion of at least one (1) Ph.D. or three (3) Master's students
• Registration with the relevant professional body (mandatory)
• MBBS Degree plus final fellowship of the National Postgraduate Medical College Nigeria or equivalent qualification
