Position Overview

Key Requirements
- Ph.D. Degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting or related area of specialization
- Minimum of nine (9) years of teaching experience at university level
- Minimum of five (5) points from postgraduate students supervised
- Considerable research background with minimum admissible publications totaling not less than seventy-five (75) points
- Minimum of five (5) points in Academic Leadership and Administrative Responsibilities
- Minimum of three (3) points in Community Service
- Current membership in relevant professional body/bodies
- Minimum score of forty-five (45) points in Job Appraisal
- Minimum of fifteen (15) publications
- Minimum of five (5) papers indexed in Scopus
- Two (2) favorable External Assessments
Academic Visibility
- Must be visible on Google Scholar with minimum citation count of thirty (30)
