Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our spa and salon team. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional skincare and beauty services, ensuring every client feels cared for, pampered, and confident. This role requires both technical expertise in aesthetic treatments and strong interpersonal skills to create memorable experiences while promoting the spa's products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Client Care & Service

• Welcome clients warmly, conduct consultations, and assess individual skincare needs
• Deliver a wide range of aesthetic treatments, including:
  • Facials, exfoliation, and skin rejuvenation treatments
  • Body scrubs, wraps, and spa therapies
  • Waxing, threading, and hair removal services
  • Eyebrow shaping, lash treatments, and makeup application
• Educate clients on aftercare routines and customised skincare regimens
• Ensure clients receive professional advice on maintaining results between visits

Sales & Product Knowledge

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of spa and salon products, including skincare lines and beauty tools
• Recommend and upsell treatments, packages, and retail products to meet client needs
• Work towards achieving monthly individual and team sales targets
• Stay up-to-date with the latest products, beauty trends, and treatment innovations

Operational & Professional Standards

• Maintain treatment rooms, tools, and equipment in a clean, hygienic, and organised condition
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation standards in line with company and regulatory policies
• Manage accurate client records, treatment logs, and follow-up schedules
• Collaborate with the front desk and other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer flow
• Attend ongoing training sessions, product demonstrations, and professional development programs
• Work independently while maintaining team collaboration
