Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Production Supervisor to join our team at our ice cream production facility. This role is essential to maintaining smooth operations while ensuring that safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall production activities to meet set targets
• Coordinate resources effectively to achieve performance goals
• Organize production areas to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Drive focus on production quality, quantity, cost efficiency, and profitability
• Ensure planned production schedules are achieved consistently
• Monitor performance to ensure compliance with quality and organizational standards
• Enforce ISO 22000 standards and ensure cGMP practices are followed
• Uphold discipline and teamwork within the production unit
• Take full responsibility for production performance
• Provide regular updates on production performance to management

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3 - 5 years of production supervisory experience
• Strong communication skills
• Commitment and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks
• Ability to go the extra mile when required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• High level of integrity, honesty, transparency, faithfulness, and respect

Compensation

N200,000 - N250,000 per month
