About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Production Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise production staff to meet daily targets and enforce safety rules, quality standards, and company policies
• Monitor machine performance, report equipment issues, and maintain accurate production records and daily reports
• Support staff training and performance improvement to ensure efficient operations

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Food Science and Technology, Biochemistry Engineering, or any related discipline
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in FMCG production with strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Effective organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities

Compensation

N150,000 per month
