## Title: Production Supervisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our production team and oversee daily manufacturing operations.

Supervise and coordinate daily production of duvets, duvet covers, sheets, pillows, and other bedding items
Ensure tailors and production staff meet daily output targets while maintaining product quality
Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of all production activities
Inspect finished goods to ensure they meet quality and finishing standards
Collaborate with the Inventory Picker and Inventory Supervisor to ensure smooth movement of materials and finished goods
Report production output, defects, material usage, and operational challenges to management daily
Identify gaps in production processes and recommend improvements
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance within the production floor
Train new production staff and support team development for improved efficiency
Work closely with the maintenance and facility teams to handle machine or workspace issues promptly

OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field
2–4 years of experience in a production or tailoring-related environment (experience with bedding production is an added advantage)
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Ability to meet strict daily targets without compromising quality
Good knowledge of fabrics, measurements, cutting, stitching, and finishing standards
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
