Production Supervisor

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Position Overview: - The Production Supervisor oversees daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality control, and adherence to health and safety standards. - This role coordinates staff, manages workflow, and ensures all products meet Lo’meedarfresh standards before dispatch. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the production team to meet daily output targets. - Ensure food processing time does not exceed established standards (e.g., 5 minutes per order). - Monitor quality control and consistency across all product lines. - Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained and clean. - Oversee stock usage and minimize wastage. - Train and coach production assistants and kitchen staff. - Escalate operational challenges to the Operations Manager in real time. - Maintain production records and submit daily reports. - Monitor expiry dates and assist in first-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory management. - Able to Market and give information about the availability and benefits of different products to walk-in customers - Create awareness of special offers & promotions, & Meal plans to walk-in customers Requirements: - Strong leadership and organizational skills. - Knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and quality standards. - Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
