Production Supervisor

Position Overview: - Our client is recruiting for the role of Production Supervisor, who will be responsible for overseeing production processes, supervising production staff, and ensuring efficiency, quality, and achievement of production targets. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise production teams and assign daily tasks - Monitor production processes and identify operational bottlenecks - Ensure adherence to quality standards and resolve production issues - Take daily production and material usage records - Ensure production targets are met, and resources are optimized - Implement safety protocols and report incidents  - Applicants should have a background in Medicine or Pharmacy. - Coordinate with other departments, including maintenance and quality control Candidate Requirements - Preferably male - Ethnic preference: Yoruba, Hausa, Igbo, or Middle Belt - Any religion - Candidate must reside within Lagos (Alimosho environs) - Diploma in a related field - Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a manufacturing company or related field - Single or married - Between 25 and 40 years of age - Willing to work from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Mondays to Saturdays.
