Job Summary

We are seeking a Production Superintendent to supervise and optimize production processes at our Ikeja factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient manufacturing operations, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency and timely delivery of products
• Implement and monitor production schedules to meet demand requirements
• Enforce quality control standards to maintain product excellence
• Optimize manpower allocation and ensure adherence to safety regulations
• Monitor equipment performance and liaise with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective actions

Qualifications & Experience

• HND or BSc in Engineering, Production Management, Industrial Technology, or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the foam or related industry
• Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality control techniques, especially in the FMCG sector
