Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified candidate for the Production Superintendent position. This role is responsible for overseeing the operations, maintenance, and optimization of flow station production systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations in line with industry and company standards.
Primary Responsibilities
Production Operations Management
- Oversee daily production activities at the flow station, ensuring compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) standards
- Monitor daily production and quality control performance, identifying and addressing inefficiencies promptly
- Ensure production plans are executed on schedule with zero downtime
- Coordinate the delegation of production tasks to team leads and line staff, ensuring adequate staffing and resources
- Forecast production needs and proactively address potential workflow disruptions
- Supervise daily field operations and coordinate production activities
Maintenance & Equipment Readiness
- Supervise and monitor all maintenance activities to ensure operational readiness of process and utility equipment
- Verify the functionality and availability of all operational equipment to support uninterrupted production
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for operational and production issues
- Maintain quality service levels for both operations and maintenance activities
Project & Technical Support
- Support technical assessments for new initiatives and projects
- Ensure new power generation facilities are fully equipped for grid and direct customer electricity transfer
- Collaborate in engineering, procurement, and commissioning tasks for new or upgraded facilities
Key Competencies
The successful candidate will lead teams, manage contractors, and collaborate with technical and support units to deliver on production targets and operational excellence while maintaining continuous improvement in operational efficiency.
