Production Planning and Control (PPC) & Dispatch Manager at Spiro

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Planning and Control (PPC) & Dispatch Manager to join our Nigeria Plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling production processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of high-quality electric vehicles and mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand and production targets
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth workflow and optimal utilization of resources
• Plan and manage material requirements, inventory levels, and supply chain logistics
• Identify and resolve production planning and scheduling conflicts
• Monitor production progress and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize production processes
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality
• Collaborate with maintenance team to ensure equipment availability and minimize downtime
• Manage inventory levels, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods
• Conduct regular inventory audits and implement inventory control measures
• Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, including ISO and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with quality team to identify and resolve quality issues
• Implement quality control measures to ensure product quality and reliability
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure smooth product launches and production ramp-up
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand customer demand and forecast production requirements
• Communicate production plans, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including management and customers
