Production Pharmacist at Global Organics Limited

About the Role

Global Organics Limited is expanding its dynamic team and seeking a Production Pharmacist to oversee the safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing of pharmaceutical products. In this role, you will manage daily operations, ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements, supervise staff, handle batch records and documentation, investigate quality deviations, and ensure adequate raw materials for production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor the dispensing of raw materials and daily manufacturing activities, including compounding, filling, labeling, and packaging
• Enforce GMP standards, maintain quality control procedures to meet regulatory and industry standards, conduct inspections, and manage deviations and complaints
• Review and approve batch records, Certificates of Analysis (CoA), and ensure all production logs are accurate and complete
• Train production personnel and enforce hygiene, safety, and good work culture standards
• Check availability of raw materials, packing materials, and machine readiness
• Participate in optimizing production processes and implementing new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Assist with internal audits, regulatory inspections, and customer audits
• Maintain accurate and complete records of production, quality control, and regulatory activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, research and development, and regulatory affairs

Core Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm)
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory affairs, and pharmaceutical sciences
• Knowledge of quality management systems
• Excellent attention to detail, leadership, and problem-solving skills
