Job Summary

The Production Officer is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food items in strict compliance with company standards for quality, hygiene, and speed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare raw ingredients for cooking (e.g., washing, cutting, marinating, seasoning, portioning) according to recipe specifications and daily production plans
• Cook food items including rice dishes, soups, meats, pastries, and side items using appropriate equipment (stove, oven, fryer, grill, etc.)
• Adhere strictly to kitchen timelines to ensure meals are ready during peak hours and demand periods
• Follow standardized recipes and procedures to maintain consistent taste, appearance, and quality across all branches
• Practice excellent personal hygiene, including hand washing, clean uniforms, hair nets, and gloves
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of workstations, utensils, kitchen surfaces, cutting boards, and equipment before and after use
• Operate kitchen appliances and equipment safely and report any malfunctions to the maintenance team or supervisor
• Clean, dry, and store all equipment (knives, mixers, fryers, blenders, etc.) appropriately after use

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to follow directions and standardized processes
• Multitasking and time management skills under pressure
• Team spirit and effective communication with co-workers
• Basic knowledge of food safety and cooking techniques
