About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Production Manager to lead our production operations and oversee the creation of couture-level garments. You will manage all aspects of production while maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the production team, ensuring couture-level standards in all garments
• Oversee end-to-end production processes including fabric sourcing, cutting, sewing, finishing, quality control, and delivery timelines
• Train and mentor staff in advanced sewing and couture techniques to elevate technical capabilities
• Collaborate closely with designers to translate creative concepts into finished garments with precision
• Implement and monitor production schedules to ensure deadlines are consistently met without compromising quality
• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure all garments meet couture and luxury standards
• Optimize workflow, equipment use, and resources to improve efficiency and reduce production costs
• Troubleshoot technical sewing and construction issues, providing expert solutions
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are upheld in the production environment

Key Requirements

• At least 4–6 years of leadership or supervisory experience in ready-to-wear (RTW) and/or bespoke design or production
• Technical experience in garment construction
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills
• National diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and passion for fashion
• Fashion illustration skills (desirable)
