Production Manager at Vitafoam Nigeria Plc

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure efficiency and product quality
• Develop and implement production schedules in line with business goals
• Supervise production staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
• Monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime
• Drive continuous improvement in production processes and cost efficiency
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to achieve production targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Production Management, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in production management, with at least 3 years in a foam manufacturing company (mandatory)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of managing teams and meeting production targets
• Good understanding of production machinery, processes, and safety standards in the foam industry
