About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Production Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to meet quality, safety, and output targets
• Manage production schedules and monitor productivity, costs, and waste-reduction efforts
• Lead, train, and evaluate production teams to ensure strong performance

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Food Science and Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, or any related field
• Minimum of five years' hands-on FMCG, manufacturing, or production experience with solid knowledge of safety and health regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills

Compensation

N450,000 monthly
