Job Description (in Summary) - Oversee daily production activities to meet quality, safety, and output targets. - Manage production schedules and monitor productivity, costs and waste-reduction efforts. - Lead, train and evaluate production teams to ensure strong performance. Requirements - B.Sc. in Food Science and Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing or any related field. - Minimum of five years’ hands-on FMCG, manufacturing or production experience with solid knowledge of safety and health regulations. - Strong leadership, communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
