Production Manager

Position Overview: - Oversee the production workflow to ensure garments are completed on time and within budget. - Allocate resources efficiently, including machinery, fabric, and labor, to meet production targets. - Supervise a team of sewing operators, pattern makers, and quality control officer. - Ensure each garment meets the brand's quality standards, including fit, finish, and durability. - Implement quality control checks at each stage of production and address any defects or discrepancies. - Work with the quality control team to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. - Monitor inventory levels of fabrics, trims, and other materials, ensuring timely restocking to avoid delays. - Work closely with the procurement team to ensure cost-effective sourcing and efficient use of materials. - Analyze production processes and suggest improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance product quality. - Daily maintenance of production report, costing and scheduling. Required Qualifications: - Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory role within garment manufacturing, ideally in women’s fashion. - Must be leaving around or close to okota enirons. Skills: - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Proficient in production software and MS Office Suite. - Knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and quality control. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
