Production Manager

Position Overview: The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all production activities within the facility. The candidate ensures efficient production processes, optimal use of resources, adherence to quality standards, safety compliance, and timely delivery of finished products. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical expertise in polymer processing and proven leadership experience in a similar manufacturing environment. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Production Planning & Control - Process & Technical Management - Quality Assurance - Health, Safety & Compliance - People Management & Leadership - Maintenance & Equipment Oversight - Reporting & Documentation Skills: /REQUIREMENTS - Proven experience in a polymer or plastics manufacturing firm. - Strong understanding of polymer materials, processing techniques, and production workflows. - Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of HSE standards and industrial best practices. - Computer literacy. Required Qualifications: - Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Polymer Engineering, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in a polymer/plastics manufacturing environment. - Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role is mandatory. - Professional certifications in production management or safety will be an added advantage.
