Position Overview: - We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage daily production operations. - The role ensures efficient manufacturing processes, quality standards, and timely delivery while optimizing resources and maintaining safety standards. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, organize, and control production activities - Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met - Manage manpower, machines, and materials efficiently - Monitor production performance and implement process improvements - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies - Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams - Prepare production reports and track KPIs Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Social sciencesor a related field with 5+ years of experience in production or manufacturing operations - Strong knowledge of production planning and process control - Leadership and team management skills - Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
