Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Position Overview: - We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Production Manager to oversee food production operations, quality control, and team supervision. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily food production activities to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality output. - Plan and coordinate production schedules based on outlet demand and sales forecasts. - Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times. - Supervise and manage production staff, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and discipline. - Monitor raw material usage and minimize waste, spoilage, and production losses. - Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes. - Ensure proper equipment usage, cleanliness, and routine maintenance within the production unit. - Support continuous process improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives. Requirements: - Minimum of 3 - 5 years relevant experience as a Production Manager or similar role. - Mandatory experience in the QSR industry (food production environment). - Strong knowledge of food preparation processes, hygiene, and safety standards. - Experience managing high-volume, fast-paced food production. - Proven leadership and people-management skills. - Good planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production timelines.
