Production Executive at MeCure Healthcare Limited (MHL)

About the Role

MeCure Healthcare Limited (MHL) is seeking a qualified Production Executive to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our pharmaceutical production operations.

Major Responsibilities

• Conduct routine quality checks on pharmaceutical products to ensure adherence to established standards and specifications
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate and detailed quality control records, including inspection reports and testing results
• Test and assess products throughout the production process
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols
• Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions and improvements in quality processes
• Identify and address any deviations or abnormalities in product quality, working to resolve issues promptly
• Monitor and control the quality of products during various stages of the production process

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or Biochemistry

Experience & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Production Officer, Production Supervisor, or Production Executive, preferably in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment
• Sound understanding of GMP, SOPs, and quality standards in production operations
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
