About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and driven Production Engineer to join our team and contribute to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities to meet set targets
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards in production processes
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment to minimize downtime
• Support continuous process improvement and efficiency initiatives
• Collaborate with other departments (Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience as a Production Engineer, preferably in foam manufacturing or related industry
• Strong technical and analytical skills with hands-on experience in production machinery and processes
• Good understanding of quality and safety standards in manufacturing
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities
