About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Product Development Technician to join our team at Aureole Consulting Limited in Lagos, Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have experience in research, new product development, and marketing, with strong analytical abilities and a passion for bringing new ideas to life. A background in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, testing, and development of new products
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and create market-fit products
• Prepare and deliver presentations to partner companies
• Provide technical support and service to partner organizations
• Conduct internal and external product tests to gather insights and data
• Analyze sales trends and consumer behavior to guide product strategies
• Contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns
• Maintain the company website and track data analytics performance
• Coordinate promotional activities, programs, and events
• Assist with budget monitoring and ensure adherence to guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience (STEM background is a plus)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Solid knowledge of market research, product development, project management, digital marketing, and social media
• Strong analytical abilities and initiative
• Ability to prioritize tasks, create concise reports, and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Bilingual ability (French) is an added advantage
