Production / Back Office Executive at Cececa Ltd

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Production/Back Office Executive to join our expanding team at Cececa Ltd in Lagos. This is a full-time hybrid position with work-from-home flexibility, based in Lagos.

You will be responsible for day-to-day production planning, quality control, production management, and staff training. The role requires effective communication with the team to ensure all produced items meet established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all operations are conducted in an appropriate, cost-effective manner
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
• Purchase materials, manage labels, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency
• Maintain legal compliance of organisational processes
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Examine financial data to improve profitability and manage internal budgets and forecasts
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Conduct monthly stock inventory audits and prepare weekly reports for management
• Identify ways to increase product quality
• Support day-to-day store operations and evaluate store and individual performance
• Report on regional sales results and forecast quarterly and annual profits
• Prepare and review annual budgets for areas of responsibility
• Analyse regional market trends to discover new growth opportunities
• Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
• Participate in decisions regarding expansion or acquisition
• Suggest and implement new services, products, and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Coordinate meetings with potential clients and address their concerns and wishes
• Manage packaging and delivery of client orders
• Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services
