About the Role

Orile Restaurant and Bar is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Audit Accountant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, a deep understanding of product performance, and the ability to forecast trends across cocktails, food, and beverages. This role is critical in ensuring accountability, efficiency, and profitability across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze product performance across cocktails, food, and beverages
• Prepare accurate forecasts on product demand, consumption, and profitability
• Conduct daily and periodic inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and prevent losses
• Manage procurement processes, ensuring cost-effective and timely supply of goods
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and service teams to track usage, wastage, and efficiency
• Maintain detailed records for financial accountability and operational transparency
• Provide management with reports on product efficiency, losses, and recommendations for improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and industry standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-6 years of experience in auditing, inventory management, procurement, or hospitality finance
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
