About This Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Production & Inventory Coordinator to oversee local manufacturing, manage materials, and maintain smooth communication between our creative, production, and logistics teams.

Reports to: Creative Director (Founder)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate sampling, production timelines, and quality control across tailors and ateliers
• Manage inventory of fabrics, trims, and finished pieces using spreadsheets or Airtable
• Track material usage and assist in cost management for each style
• Supervise finishing, labelling, packaging, and dispatch to ensure brand standards
• Liaise with logistics partners for deliveries within Nigeria and to the UK
• Support fittings, shoot preparation, and collection development as needed
• Generate simple weekly reports on stock movement and production progress

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in garment production or fashion operations
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel or Airtable
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
