Product Trainer at BlueWave New Energy Technology Nigeria Company Limited

About the Role

BlueWave New Energy Technology Nigeria Company Limited is seeking qualified Product Trainers to support the nationwide sales and after-sales services promotion of our photovoltaic, energy storage, and inverter products. You will be responsible for product knowledge training, empowering dealers and sales teams, and delivering technical presentations to end users, ensuring all channel members understand product features, installation standards, and maintenance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Product Knowledge Training

• Provide technical explanations and practical demonstrations of photovoltaic inverters, energy storage batteries, portable power supplies, EV charging piles, and related products
• Develop English training courseware, technical manuals, and video scripts
• Organize online and offline training courses for sales teams, dealers, and installation engineers

Curriculum Development and Management

• Design multi-level training systems (primary, intermediate, advanced, and certification programs)
• Continuously optimize training content and update teaching materials based on market feedback

Marketing and Customer Support

• Assist the sales department in product promotion and technical Q&A for solutions
• Provide technical support for key projects, customer education, and after-sales knowledge transfer

Team Collaboration and Feedback

• Collect training effectiveness feedback and prepare improvement reports
• Participate in product testing and knowledge promotion before new product launches

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in science and engineering fields (electrical engineering, electronics, automation, new energy, or related disciplines preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training or pre-sales support in photovoltaic systems, energy storage, inverters, home appliances, or consumer electronics industries
