About the Role

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth within our rapidly expanding business. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will craft creative brand plans and drive their implementation through the sales force to achieve sales objectives for your brand portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategy for assigned portfolio
• Create annual, mid-term, and long-term brand plans to achieve aggressive growth targets
• Manage brand P&L (profit and loss)
• Collaborate with the sales force to implement brand plans and drive sales results

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or related discipline
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated creativity to achieve results
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
