Product / Project Manager at Motopay

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, goals, and strategy in alignment with company objectives
• Conduct local and international market research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with product development and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements locally and internationally
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business impact, and resource availability
• Gather and document detailed requirements and specifications for new features and functionality
• Monitor and analyze key product metrics such as user engagement, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction to identify improvement areas
• Act as product evangelist, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and promotional materials
• Stay current with local and international industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to inform product development decisions
• Develop and drive overall product strategy in alignment with business goals and market demands

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in product management, preferably in fintech or related industries
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and understand software development basics
• Excellent communication skills
